Hans Rückert

Hans Rückert (born January 5, 1950 in Uffenheim ) is a German bass trombonist , conductor and professor for trombone at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts .

Career

Rückert studied at the State University of Music in Würzburg with Walter Daum and was meanwhile under contract at the Mainfranken Theater in Würzburg .

In 1972 he won the German university competition and in 1974 was employed by the Radio Symphony Orchestra of the Hessian Radio in Frankfurt for over 40 years as a bass trombonist with an obligation to play the double bass trombone.

Rückert is a founding member of hr-Brass, Crystal Brass and the Frankfurter Blechbläser-Quintett, he was a member of the Edward Tarr Brass Ensemble, conductor of the Landesjugendblasorchester Hessen and the symphonic wind orchestra "Viktoria Altenmittlau", which won the 2008 German orchestral competition with him . Among other things, he is a juror for " Jugend musiziert " up to the federal level, lecturer in chamber music promotion courses of the State Music Council of Hesse, state chairman of the committee "Jugend musiziert" Hesse and was a member of the orchestra council and lecturer of the State Youth Symphony Orchestra of Hesse.

From 1981 to 1989 Rückert was a lecturer in the bass trombone class at the University of Music Würzburg , from 1989 to 2012 at the University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim , which appointed him professor in 2004 and since 2003 he has been teaching at the University of Music and Performing Arts Art Frankfurt am Main .
