Hans Reichmann (born June 13, 1878 in Dresden ; † July 20, 1931 there ) was a German elementary school teacher and local researcher , who became known mainly through publications about his hometown Dresden.

After attending the Dresden-Friedrichstadt teacher training college , Reichmann started teaching as an assistant teacher in Unterweißig in 1898 and moved to Dresden as a teacher around 1901. Since 1906 he was married to Antonie Hermine Richter. He lived in the Striesen district in the immediate vicinity of the 25th district school on Pohlandplatz. Most recently he appears as a primary school teacher in the Dresden address book from 1931.

His two-volume writing Dresden found its greatest distribution in the course of time . These are cultural-historical narratives based on sources and source pieces that appeared in two volumes in two editions and to which a map of medieval Dresden was attached. His work, a millennium of German culture , published together with his Dresden colleague and Germanist Walther Hofstaetter and Johannes Schneider , dealt with 1000 years of German sources from the period from 800 to 1800 and also appeared in several volumes and editions.
