Hans Witzany
Hans Witzany (born November 5, 1881 in Vienna , † April 10, 1955 in Mödling ) was an Austrian politician of the Social Democratic Workers' Party (SdP).
education and profession
After attending elementary and community school , he learned the trade of shoemaker . He also worked as a metal worker and later was a health insurance officer and deputy director.
Political functions
- 1918: Member of the municipal council of the city of Steyr
He was also chairman of the Upper Austria regional building association . After 1934 he was no longer politically active.

- March 4, 1919 to November 9, 1920: Member of the Constituent National Assembly , SdP
- November 10, 1920 to October 1, 1930: Member of the National Council ( 1st , 2nd and 3rd legislative period ), SdP
- December 2, 1930 to February 17, 1934: Member of the National Council ( fourth legislative period ), SdP
