Hans Wolfsteiner

Hans Jobst Wolfsteiner (* 1937 ) is a German lawyer.

Career

Wolfsteiner studied law in Freiburg and Munich. In Munich he passed the two state exams in 1961 and 1964 and was Rudolf Pohle's research assistant . From February 1, 1969, he worked as a notary , initially in Ebern , and from 1970 to November 30, 2007 in Munich. During this time he prepared his doctorate, which he completed in 1977. Wolfsteiner has been practicing law since 2007.

In addition to his professional activity, he took on several voluntary tasks. From 1974 to 1988 he was chairman of the regional arbitration court of the CSU . From 1990 to 2006 he represented professional interests in the Presidium of the Bavarian Notarial Association, including the last eight years as 2nd and 1st chairman. In 1991 he was promoted to the presidium of the German Notarial Association, was treasurer for four years and vice-president for ten years.

Numerous legal publications originate from him.
