Hans von Ahlefeldt (Seegaard)
Hans von Ahlefeldt († around 1600 ) from the Seegaard house near Kliplev was the general of the Danish King Christian III.
Life
Hans von Ahlefeldt was a great-grandson of Hans von Ahlefeldt Lord of Haseldorf , Haselau , Seegaard and Seestermühe and was heir to Seegaard and Seestermühe. He was councilor and general and defeated and subjugated in the last Dittmarsch feud under the Danish King Christian III. of Denmark and Norway the Dittmarscher completely and was later poisoned by them in revenge. The crime presumably happened in the Fischerstrasse in Kiel , where his wife and the cook killed him with poisoned rice.
