Harald Aschemann

Harald Aschemann (born June 27, 1966 in Hildesheim ) is a German engineer .

Life

Harald Aschemann was born on June 27, 1966 in Hildesheim. He attended the Josephinum Hildesheim high school from 1976 to 1985, after which he was trained as a toolmaker at the Hildesheim brothers Jämmrich KG until 1987 . Having 1987/1988 his military service had done, he studied at the University of Hanover the Diploma program engineering . This he completed in 1994, and received the degree of Master - engineer . In 1995/1996 he was development engineer at Schuler Pressen GmbH & Co. in Göppingen .

In 1996 Aschemann went to Ulm University , where he became a research assistant in the measurement, control and microtechnology department. After graduation in 2001, the Doctor of Engineering, he served as Assistant Professor and lecturer working at the University. In 2001 he received the science-industry cooperation prize for work on active vibration damping of fire service turntable ladders. Furthermore, the Society of the University of Ulm awarded him the doctoral award of the Faculty of Engineering in 2002 .

Aschemann was appointed to the mechatronics chair at the University of Rostock in 2004 .
