Harald Neckelmann

Harald Neckelmann (born September 11, 1965 in Tönisvorst ) is a German journalist and book author.

Life

Neckelmann studied journalism, political science and Dutch studies in Münster , Berlin and Amsterdam from 1986 to 1994 . From 1995 to 2007 he worked as a foreign correspondent, author and reporter for ARD radio. From 2002 to 2005 he took on a teaching position (“Literature and Radio Journalism”) at the Institute for General and Comparative Literature at the Free University of Berlin . Since 2007 he has been working as a non-fiction author, lecturer and city guide in Berlin. In 2017 Neckelmann received funding from the German Federal Cultural Foundation for the publication of the address book of the artist Hannah Höch .
