Harold P. Brown
Harold Pitney Brown (born August 27, 1869 - † July 26, 1932 in Malden , Massachusetts ) was an American inventor .
Life
After working in sales for the US companies Western Electric Company and Brush Electric Company , he moved to Thomas Alva Edison's company . Together with Arthur Edwin Kennelly , he developed the electric chair based on the design by Alfred Southwick in 1888 .
