The Harper Glacier is a small glacier in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Deep Freeze Range, it flows northeast between Mount Gibbs and Mount Adamson to the Campbell Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1969 after Wayne M. Harper, satellite geodesist at McMurdo Station from 1964 to 1965.
