Harrington Prize for Innovation in Medicine
The Harrington Prize for Innovation in Medicine is an award from the American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI) and the Harrington Discovery Institute at the University Hospitals of Cleveland , Case Western Reserve University's hospitals .
The award is endowed with US $ 20,000 and has been awarded since 2014. In addition, the award winner will give an honorary lecture at the joint annual meeting of ASCI and Association of American Physicians (AAP) and will be presented with an article in the Journal of Clinical Investigation . The prize is intended to honor research doctors who have advanced science with “innovative, creative and potentially clinically applicable” results.
