| Two gangs are in a clinch: A gang member has “dated” the ex-girlfriend of a member of the rival gang - the code of honor was violated. At first Harry tries to mediate between the two camps, but then Malcolm takes over. Meanwhile, Tommy represents the laid-off pensioner Gerald against his employer, represented by Rachel. | Josh Peyton is also on trial for burglary and assault. Here there is another nervous breakdown on his part. Brian Jones, sentenced to death, missed the deadline for his second appeal due to an administrative error. Adam teams up with his ex-girlfriend, Rachael, to have a big law firm behind them on this difficult cause. | |||||||

The first broadcast of the second and final season was from September 21, 2011 to May 27, 2012 on the US broadcaster NBC . The German-language premiere of the first three episodes broadcast the German Free TV transmitters Sat.1 from 27 September to 11 October 2012. The remaining episodes since 7 June 2013 in one cable erstausgestrahlt.

| A larger office has become vacant above the shoe shop, in which Harry now has her office. In her new office, she meets an old colleague named Oliver Richard. He asks her to take on the defense of Eric Sanders, who is on trial for murder. Harry finally agrees and can get Sanders off bail. | |||||||

| The main hearing in the Sanders murder case is ongoing. During the trial, numerous forensic experts will be interviewed and other witnesses will be cross-examined. Because of illegal methods on the part of the public prosecutor's office, the process is finally broken off: Sanders is free and allowed to go. In the end, Harry realizes that Sanders was definitely not his wife's murderer. | |||||||

| Harry takes on the case of a young girl accused of bullying a classmate to her death. She is supported by Oliver Richard, who officially joins the firm as a new partner. In the end, the girl is acquitted because Harry, too, can convince the jury with a closing argument that society as a whole is also to blame for the fact that bullying drives people to their deaths. At the end of the episode, Jenna leaves the team to take a job in the shoe industry in New York. | |||||||
