Harry Voss

Harry Voss (born April 3, 1969 in Dillenburg ) is a German Christian author .

life and work

Harry Voss grew up in Eibelshausen . As a teenager, he already worked in youth groups and children's services in the local evangelical parish. He studied religious education in Darmstadt and has been a children's advisor at the Bibles Association since 1995 , where he headed the children's magazine "Guter Start" as the responsible editor for ten years. At children's camps , among other things, he appears as a guitar-playing storyteller .

From 2007 to 2010 he published the 7-volume children's book series Der Schlunz . It is also the basis of a film series that has so far been made in two seasons under the direction of the Austrian director Rainer Hackstock . In two episodes of the series, “Theater for the Mayor” and “Rescue at the Last Second”, Voss has a brief cameo as a councilor.

Voss lives in Gummersbach , is married and has two children. He is involved in the local church community and volunteers with the YMCA (Christian Association of Young People).
