Hartmannsreit is a district of the Schönberg market in the Lower Bavarian district of Freyung-Grafenau . Until 1971 it formed an independent municipality.

The village of Hartmannsreit is about two kilometers north of Schönberg.
history
Since 1818 Hartmannsreit formed its own community. The places Hartmannsreit, Grubmühle, Hof, Klebstein, Lederhof, Pittrichsberg, Raben, Schreinerhof, Stadl and Stadlmühle belonged to it. On January 1, 1971, the Hartmannsreit community came to Schönberg as part of the regional reform .
