Hartmannstrasse 28 (Bad Kissingen)
The property at Hartmannstrasse 28 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-299 .
history
The tenement house was built in 1911 by the Bad Kissingen architect Franz Krampf in the late Art Nouveau style. The property is a three-storey hipped mansard roof building with an embossed base and curved central gable . The mansard roof and the curved central gable of the property are characteristic elements of Art Nouveau. The strict symmetry and a certain brittleness of the facade point to its late phase with an increasingly classifying trait.
A front garden enclosure with stone cladding belongs to the property .
