The property at Hartmannstrasse 27 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-298 .

history

The apartment building was built in 1903 by the architect August Gleißner in Art Nouveau style. The property is a three-story solid building with a mansard hipped roof , embossed basement and curved gables . It is already heavily smoothed out in detail. The strong mass composition of the property is expressed, for example, in the raised plinths at the corners of the building or in the coherent plastic pattern formed by the balconies and bay windows on the front.

A front garden enclosure in the form of ornamented pillars and a cast iron fence belongs to the property .
