Hartmannstrasse 30 in Bad Kissingen

The property at Hartmannstrasse 30 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian monument list under number D-6-72-114-300 .

history

The tenement house was built in 1909 by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in the late Art Nouveau style. The property is a three-storey hipped mansard roof building with a four-storey corner pavilion with a pyramid roof . Baroque- trains of the property speak on mansard roof, in the design of the corner pavilions, or the characteristic of the Art Nouveau ornament shape of the Louis-seize festoons . On the other hand, the property has a certain strict line that is characteristic of the late Art Nouveau phase from 1910 and heralds more brittle, classifying elements.

A front garden enclosure in stone cladding also belongs to the property .
