Hartmut Ewert

Hartmut Ernst Ewert (born January 25, 1968 in the Black Forest ) is a German pianist, composer and arranger.

Life

Hartmut Ewert majored in piano, composition and orchestration at the Rotterdam Conservatory . He also took a minor in sound design and audio engineering.

Between 1993 and 2004 he composed the music for around 500 Dutch TV productions. For Angelina Maccarone's award-winning film from 2005 Unveiled he composed together with Jakob Hansonis the music in the pre-selection for the German Film Prize came of 2006.

Again in collaboration with Hansonis made film compositions for the relationship film Pursued from 2006 and the road movie Vivere of 2007. In addition, Ewert also supplied the music for various radio dramas and headed for the German TV series Tatort in the consequences due Whom Honor and Thanksgiving eV music at . He was responsible for the music for the documentary Black Slaves For Sale , a co-production between NDR and Dutch television, which was also broadcast in Austria, Spain, Japan, Finland, Ireland and Sweden.

Hartmut Ewert lives with his family in Oosterbeek near Arnhem.
