Harvey William St Clair (born November 13, 1998 in Kingston , London ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with the Italian second division club FC Venice .

Career

St Clair joined Chelsea at the age of eight . For the club he played in the youth academy until 2018. In June 2018, St Clair signed a four-year contract with the Italian club FC Venice . On August 23, 2018, St Clair made his professional debut in the 2nd round of the Coppa Italia against FC Südtirol . After an injury break, he made his Serie B debut as a substitute for US Cremonese in October 2018 . He played twelve times in the league throughout the 2018/19 season . He remained without a goal. Venice lost the season at the end in the relegation relegation against US Salernitana and stood before the transition into the series C . However, due to the forced relegation of US Palermo, the club remained in the second division.

In September 2019, the 20-year-old St Clair was awarded to the Scottish first division club FC Kilmarnock .

National team

Harvey St Clair was eligible to play for the Scottish Football Association due to his Edinburgh mother . He made his debut in the U17 against the Faroe Islands in September 2014. He scored the 4-0 final score. After two appearances in the U19 , a game for the U20 followed three years later . In March 2018, St Clair was appointed to the Scottish U21 squad for the first time . With the selection he took part in the 2018 Toulon tournament.
