Haunted Henschel were a psychedelic - punk band from Wolfhagen and the most successful co-founders and pioneers of the Wolfhager School .
history
Haunted Henschel were founded in 1986 by Mr. Speedfinger , Claudius Kielholz from the Kassel band Sigmund Freud Experience , John Boy Adonis and Brezel Göring .
They performed at home and abroad, often as the opening act for Crime and the City Solution , Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and Einstürzende Neubauten . Until their final breakup in 1994 they released three studio albums and several singles and were represented on various compilations .
aftermath
Brezel Göring is now a member of Stereo Total . Mr. Speedfinger and John Boy Adonis play as permanent members of the Wolfhagen band King Khan and the Shrines .
