The former arable citizen's house has a limestone roof with a mighty roof structure and a high knee . The barrel vault of the cellar extends to the ground floor. Much of the furnishings from the construction period, such as a plank beam ceiling on the ground floor, baroque doors and windows, were retained during the renovation.
The owners Hildegard and Walter Mürbeth received the monument protection medal of the Free State of Bavaria in 2011 for the exemplary renovation of the monument.
