The Hawkins Peak is a 2,146 m high secondary summit of Mount Murphy massif in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It rises 11 km southeast of the main summit.
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1959 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names him named in 1967 by Billy R. Hawkins, a member of the flight unit of the United States Army in Antarctica from 1966 to 1967.
