Hey Xiangu

He Xiangu ( Chinese  何仙姑 , Pinyin Hé Xiāngū , W.-G. Ho Hsien Ku , also He Xian Gu ) is a famous Daoist immortal in Chinese mythology . She belongs to the group of the Eight Immortals ( Ba xian ).

He Xiangu was the only Ba xian woman. She became immortal because of her generosity and strict asceticism .

She is depicted as a woman with a lotus flower or a basket of flowers and a peach , the symbol of immortality and longevity, as well as a Sheng mouth organ.
