Heartthrob
Heartthrob (actually: Jesse Siminski , * 1976 in Michigan ) is an American techno - live act , DJ and music producer .
Life
In the early 1990s Siminski toured the techno scenes in Detroit and Chicago and became active as a music producer himself. During a stay in New York City from 1999 to study art, he met Magda , Troy Pierce and later Richie Hawtin and soon after became part of the collective around the M_nus label. He played his first live set in 2003. In 2007 he moved to Berlin . In 2008 his debut album Dear Painter, Paint Me was released . Since 2013 Jesse Siminski has been releasing under his stage name Heartthrob on his own label ISNISNT.
