Hecheng
The municipality of Hecheng ( Chinese 鹤 城区 , Pinyin Hèchéng Qū ) is a municipality in the west of the Chinese province of Hunan . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture of Huaihua City and is the center and seat of the Huaihua City Government. The city district has an area of 729 km² and has about 330,000 inhabitants (2003). It is located on the middle reaches of the Yuan Shui River (沅水).

At the municipality level, the municipality is made up of five street districts , two large municipalities and six municipalities .
