The building in the town center is the oldest half-timbered house in Oberderdingen. On the massive basement there are two half-timbered floors and three attics with small hips. The building, with an almost square floor plan, is divided lengthways and crossways. On the eastern gable is a small extension that was added later. Almost all windows of the half-timbered house have been preserved in their original size and the house is covered with beaver tails . The upper floor protrudes strongly and the wooden floor is clearly visible between the beams and the wall threshold.

Short ankle straps and lugs made from solid wood can be seen as decorative forms .
