Heidemarie Scherweit-Müller

Heidemarie Scherweit-Müller (born January 24, 1943 in Tannenhöhe / East Prussia ; † June 2, 2014 ) was a German politician of the SPD and a member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Life

Scherweit-Müller was a commercial employee and was partially released as the chairman of the works council in a large private shipping company ( Hamburg Süd ).

She joined the SPD in 1981 and was a member of the regional executive committee of the working group for employee issues from 1984 to 1987 . From 1987 to 1991 she was district chairman of the working group of social democratic women in Hamburg-Wandsbek . In 1987 she became cashier in the SPD district of Wandsbek and a member of the SPD district executive. From 1987 to 1991 she was a deputy at the Department of Economics, Transport and Agriculture. She was an honorary judge at the Federal Labor Court .

From 1991 to 2004 she was a member of the Hamburg Parliament. She sat for your group in the Committee on Ports, Economy and Agriculture, the Legal Committee and the Submissions Committee. For the 2004 general election she was not re-elected by her party.
