The Heilmann'sche real estate company A.-G. was a leading real estate company based in Munich . It was founded by the building contractor Jakob Heilmann , the construction company Heilmann & Littmann and 6 other people and entered in the commercial register of the royal district court Munich I on April 14, 1897 . The chairman of the board was initially Jakob Heilmann, from 1901 his colleague Rudolf Rosa .

Its shares were listed on the Munich Stock Exchange from 1899 and on the Berlin Stock Exchange from 1905 . Around the time of Jakob Heilmann's death on February 15, 1927, the companies of the Heilmann Group were bundled due to liquidity bottlenecks: Heilmann'sche Immobilien-Gesellschaft AG increased the share capital and changed its name to Heilmann & Littmann Bau- und Immobilien-Gesellschaft A.-G. and merged the construction businesses Heilmann & Littmann GmbH in Munich, Nuremberg and Berlin as well as six terrain companies and the civil engineering and reinforced concrete company mbH Munich. In 1980 the company merged with Sager & Woerner to form Heilit + Woerner Bau-AG and in 2000 it was merged into the now insolvent Walter Bau AG .
