Heiner Bayer (born March 2, 1950 in Krefeld , † February 18, 2015 in Hamburg ) was a German ice hockey player .

Career as a player

Coming from the offspring of the Krefelder EV , Heiner Bayer played for Duisburger SC from 1971 before moving to Hamburg for Hamburger SV in 1973 . Later he also played for the 1st EHC Hamburg.

Internationally, he was used in two games of the Olympic selection for talents of the German Ice Hockey Federation a. a. 1976 in Hamburg-Stellingen during the game against Norway.

Professional career

His main job was as a freelance photographer.
