Heinrich Albrecht (politician, 1918)

Heinrich Albrecht (born May 15, 1918 in Munich , † December 1, 1978 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Albrecht attended elementary school and the vocational school for mechanical engineering and trained as a fitter at the Deutsche Reichsbahn . After participating in World War II , he returned to the Reichsbahn and was now working as a technical draftsman. In 1949 he became a full-time member of the Munich district management of the German Railway Workers Union , and in 1954 he became its district manager. He also sat on the regional board of the DGB Bavaria . For the SPD, which he already joined in 1946, he sat in the Bavarian state parliament from 1962 to 1974 , always elected via the constituency list in Upper Bavaria .
