Heinrich Justus King
Heinrich Justus König , also Koenig (* 1862 in Elberfeld , † 1936 in Düsseldorf ), was a German history , animal and landscape painter from the Düsseldorf School .
Life

In the school year 1881/1882, König studied in the elementary class of the Düsseldorf Art Academy with Heinrich Lauenstein . From 1884 to 1888 he was a private student of Albert Baur the Elder . From 1891 to 1894 he worked in Paris , then again in Düsseldorf, where he belonged to the artists' association Malkasten .
