Heinrich Koch (architect, 1873)
Heinrich Koch (born November 8, 1873 in Dresden ; † April 4, 1945 there ; full name: Friedrich Karl Heinrich Koch ) was a German architect and Saxon construction clerk who mainly worked in Dresden.
Life
Together with Ottomar Reichelt , he designed the main building of the Saxon Main State Archives in Dresden , which was built on Albertstrasse from 1912 to 1915 under his direction . Between 1913 and 1920 Heinrich Koch built the residential complex for the Dresdner Spar- und Bauverein , the so-called Palmié-houses , which are located on today's Maxim-Gorki-Straße . In addition, from 1927 to 1928 he built the viticulture research and teaching institute in Radebeul and from 1929 to 1930 the cotta building of the forestry faculty in Tharandt . In 1931 he was made an honorary senator of the TH Dresden .
Part of his estate is now kept in the Saxon Main State Archives.
