Heinrich Kramer (politician)

Heinrich Kramer (also Harry ) (born January 15, 1856 in Alraft , † February 2, 1934 in Arolsen ) was a German writer and politician ( SPD ).

Kramer was the son of the school teacher Karl Kramer and his wife Katharine nee Orth. He married Wilhelmine Siebert on June 20, 1890 in Arolsen. Kramer was a writer in Arolsen. From 1885 he published the Waldeckische Rundschau , which was considered to be close to the SPD. After the November Revolution he was elected to the constitutional Waldeck-Pyrmont state representation for the SPD in 1919 and to the Waldeck state representation in 1922. In December 1925 he resigned from parliament and Joseph Arend took his place. From 1919 to 1921 he was Vice President of the State Parliament, from 1921 to 1922 President.
