Heinrich Lüth

Heinrich Lüth (born August 25, 1864 in Kremperkate near Lensahn , † November 11, 1949 in Eutin ) was the grand ducal court garden inspector and Eutin's last court gardener .

Under his guidance, the Seepark was built in 1934 . He also played a key role in the design of the Eutin Palace Park , one of the most important garden art monuments of the Enlightenment in Schleswig-Holstein.

Heinrich Lüth became court gardener in Eutin in 1893, previously he was a gardener in Güldenstein . In 1912 he received the title of garden inspector and in 1914 court garden inspector. From 1927 he was retired, but kept the supervision of the gardens until 1945. In Eutin he joined the Masonic lodge Zum Goldenen Apfel .
