Heinrich Meyer (politician, 1871)
Heinrich Friedrich Meyer (born November 11, 1871 in Bremen , † November 27, 1917 in Bremen) was a German local politician and member of the Bremen citizenship and the Bremen Senate .
Life
Heinrich Meyer was born in Bremen in 1871 as the son of a school principal. After graduating from high school in Bremen, he studied law in Heidelberg , Göttingen and Munich . In Göttingen he became in 1891 a member of the connection and later fraternity Holzminda . In 1894 he became a trainee lawyer , in 1898 a lawyer and in 1902 a judge at the district court in Bremen . Since 1902 Meyer was a member of the Bremen citizenship; In 1905 he became chairman of the trade court and in 1907 a member of the Bremen Senate, where he was active in many Senate commissions. He made a special contribution to the poor, teaching, school and commercial sectors, as well as to the Bremen technical center . Meyer was also the deputy landlord . He died in the city of his professional activity in 1917.
