Heinrich Salzmann (politician)
Heinrich Salzmann (born March 24, 1891 in Altenburg , † between 1945 and 1952) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).
Life
After attending the community school and the secondary school , Salzmann joined the Saxon Cadet Corps. On March 9, 1909 he became an ensign in the Saxon Infantry Regiment No. 133 (Zwickau). On August 24, 1910, he was promoted to lieutenant . From August 1914 to January 1918 Salzmann took part in the First World War.
Salzmann became a member of the NSDAP in 1923 and founded the local NSDAP group in Werdorf-Wetzlar. He was the press and propaganda officer of the NSDAP and led the party's training courses in the Dresden area. From July 1933 he worked as a propaganda manager at the Gauleitung Sachsen and in November 1934 took over the position of the state culture warden. As such, he co-organized the exhibition Grenzlandschaften in Olbernhau in 1936.
On May 16, 1939, Salzmann joined the National Socialist Reichstag as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag in the replacement process for the deceased Erich Kunz , in which he represented constituency 30 (Chemnitz-Zwickau) until the end of the war. After the outbreak of World War II he did military service.
