Heinrich Tomec
Heinrich Tomec (born September 13, 1863 in Prague , † July 12, 1928 in Vienna ) was an Austrian landscape painter and illustrator .
Tomec studied from 1879 to 1884 in the painting workshop of the Prague National Theater . From 1887 he studied at the Vienna Academy , where he attended the special school for painting under Eduard Peithner von Lichtenfels until 1892 . From 1896 he was a member of the Vienna Künstlerhaus (1900 to 1901 Hagenbund ). He was friends with Johann Nepomuk Geller and married his sister.
