Heinrich von Neustadt (* second half of the 13th century; † after 1312 ) was a doctor and author of Middle High German works.

Heinrich probably comes from Wiener Neustadt in Lower Austria and lived as a doctor in Vienna . The verse novel Apollonius of Tyrland and the religious story About God's future have come down from him . Both novels are based on Latin originals ( Historia Apollonii regis Tyri , Anticlaudianus des Alanus from Insulis ), which Heinrich expanded and added additional texts.
