Heinz-Hermann Hillebrandt

Heinz-Hermann Hillebrandt (born December 2, 1922 in Hildesheim ; † October 8, 1982 , ibid) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

After graduating from school, he took up an apprenticeship as a printer. In the Second World War he completed military service and was taken prisoner by the Soviets. After his release, he returned to Hildesheim and began his service as an intern at the Hildesheim city ​​administration in 1948 . In 1969 he was appointed mayor of the city and became head of the compensation office of the city of Hildesheim. Has been on the staff council of the city of Hildesheim without interruption since 1955. He was chairman of the working group of the staff councils of the independent and the independent cities in Lower Saxony. Hildebrandt had been a member of the ÖTV trade union since 1946. He was also a member of the district board of ÖTV in Hanover and the district board of the DGB in his home town of Hildesheim. He had been a member of the SPD since 1946 and was deputy chairman of the local SPD association in Hildesheim.

Hildebrandt became a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from June 21, 1970 to June 20, 1974 in the seventh electoral term .
