Heinz Altschäffel
Heinz Altschäffel (born January 12, 1934 in Schweinfurt ) is a German painter .
Career
Altschäffel studied from 1955 to 1957 at the Art School in Würzburg , from 1958 to 1959 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and from 1959 to 1964 with Fritz Griebel and Johannes Hess at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg . He has been working as a freelance painter since 1964. Winner of the Lower Franconian Culture Prize 2011.
