Heinz Angermeyer

Heinz Angermeyer , also Heiner Angermeyer , (born September 12, 1909 in Belgershain ; † March 13, 1988 in Munich ) was a German film producer .

Life

The son of a cantor worked as a refrigeration and heating technician and began a late career in the film industry in 1960. He founded his Independent Film GmbH and preferred to produce the somewhat demanding comedies by director Kurt Hoffmann . In addition, he also promoted young talents such as Johannes Schaaf , Bernhard Sinkel and Alf Brustellin , especially in the 1970s .

Angermeyer was married to the actress Eva-Maria Meineke . In 1975 he received the gold film tape for many years of outstanding work in German film.
