Heinz Baberg

Heinz Baberg (born April 15, 1927 in Werdohl ; † November 22, 1983 ) was a German SPD politician .

He was the son of the Reichsbahn inspector Otto Baberg and Ida geb. Angelfish. Heinz Baberg attended high school, which he graduated from high school in 1947. He attended the Lüdenscheid Pedagogical Academy from 1947 to 1949 and passed the first state examination for teaching at elementary schools. Studies at the University of Bonn followed until 1956. In 1954 the first state examination for teaching at grammar schools took place. In 1956 he was promoted to Dr. phil. PhD. From 1957 to 1958 he was in the preparatory service in Dortmund and from 1958 to 1962 he worked as a study assessor. From 1962 to 1974 he was a teacher, senior teacher and director of studies and from 1974 to 1980 director of studies.

Heinz Baberg had been a member of the SPD since 1961. Member of the Education and Science Union since 1962. In 1963 he became a member of the Plettenberg City Council . In 1964 he was elected mayor of the city of Plettenberg. From 1970 to 1975 Baberg was a member of the Lüdenscheid district council.

From May 29, 1980 to November 22, 1983, Heinz Baberg was a directly elected member of the 9th State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 148 of Märkischer Kreis I.
