Heinz Bemmann

Heinz Bemmann (* 1927 ; † 2000 ) was a German social scientist and SED functionary.

Life

Before Heinz Bemmann went to the district management of the SED in Karl-Marx-Stadt , he successfully completed an apprenticeship as a graduate social scientist and worked as a teacher. In 1973 he held the title of senior teacher . In 1960 he succeeded Theo Schlötzer as secretary for popular education and culture in the SED district leadership in Karl-Marx-Stadt. He held this position until 1984. His successor as head of department was Christa Schniebs .
