Heinz Klinke

Heinz Klinke (born December 1, 1925 in Breslau ; † September 18, 2010 ) was a German politician ( SPD ). From 1962 to 1979 he was a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament .

Life

After Klinke had attended elementary school and high school, he came to the Navy and attended the Navy War School. He later completed an agricultural apprenticeship and worked as an agricultural assistant from 1947. He studied at the Institute for Curative Education at the University of Education in Kiel and became a primary school teacher in 1949, and from 1950 he was headmaster. In 1961 he switched to teaching at a special school and in 1967 he was appointed special school vice-principal.

Klinke was chairman of the SPD local association Wendtorf and chairman of the SPD district association Plön . He was a member of the Plön district assembly from 1959 to 1970 and was a member of the SPD parliamentary group from 1962 to 1970. In the state elections in 1962 and 1967, Klinke was elected to the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament as a direct candidate for the SPD in the constituency of Plön-Nord (29 and 30 respectively); in the subsequent elections in 1971 and 1975, he moved into the state parliament via the state list a. He was a Member of Parliament from October 29, 1962 to May 26, 1979.

Klinke was the deputy chairman of the GEW local association in Laboe . From 1967 to 1970 Klinke was president of the Schleswig-Holstein regional organization of the Workers' Samaritan Association in Germany and later a member of the regional executive committee. He was also chairman of the German-Polish Society Schleswig-Holstein.
