Heinz Leitermann
Heinz Leitermann (born 1908 ; died 1979 ) was a German art historian and draftsman whose work is closely connected with the city of Mainz . He taught as a professor of art history at the University of Applied Sciences of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate in Mainz and worked for the Allgemeine Zeitung Mainz
He did his doctorate on the Elector Mainz court painter and academy director Joseph Appiani .
