Heinz Lotz (industrialist)

Heinz Lotz (born July 22, 1894 in Sprendlingen ) was a German manager and industrialist .

Life

Lotz attended the humanistic grammar school in Offenbach am Main and studied economics at the University of Heidelberg . In 1916 he was promoted to Dr. phil. PhD . He began his professional career as the deputy managing director of the Saxony-Anhalt work certificate association in Magdeburg . From 1918 to 1923 he was assistant director and then until 1925 authorized signatory of Friedrich Krupp AG Grusonwerk in Magdeburg. In 1925 he became managing director of the Association of Central German Metal Manufacturers . In 1928 he became the managing director of the General Association of German Metal Industries in Berlin.

Lotz was a member of the magistrate of Magdeburg from 1924 to 1928 .
