Heinz Ollesch (born November 27, 1966 in Rosenheim ) is a German strength athlete and multiple holder of the title Strongest Man in Germany .

Ollesch grew up in Lehen near Großkarolinenfeld and has been doing intensive strength training since he was 17 years old . Since 1994 he has been active in the international strongman sport. Ollesch weighs 150 kg with a height of 1.91 m. His arm circumference is 56 cm, his chest is 150 cm. He feeds himself according to a nutrition plan specially drawn up for him. He received the title of Strongest Man in Germany 1994-2004 and 2006. It is mainly sponsored by the Palfinger company .

Ollesch is currently moderating the Strongman events on Eurosport and can also be seen frequently in other programs. Among other things , he was a guest at TV total on May 28, 2002 , where he knocked over a small car in which presenter Stefan Raab was sitting and rolled frying pans. This appearance took place in the course of his nomination for the Raab of the Week , but Ollesch narrowly failed in whose election by the audience and had to admit defeat to the Naked Cowboy .
