Career

Ukaonu started her career with Delta Queens FC and moved to the Swedish first division club Sunnanå SK in January 2011 . There she came to 14 appearances, including 4 appearances in the Svenska Cupen .

National team

Helen Ukaonu (number 17) took the 1-1 free kick, with which Nigeria reached the penalty shootout in the quarter-finals of the 2010 U-20 World Cup against the USA
