Delta Queens Football Club of Asaba is a national Nigerian women's football club from the Nigeria Women's Premier League .
history
The Delta Queens became champions five times in their history, including the title in the Women Professional Football League in 2003, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012. In addition, the club, which is sponsored by Delta State , four times cup winners (2004, 2006, 2008 and 2009). The club is thus, together with the now defunct Ufuoma Babes, the second most successful team after the seven-time record champions Pelican Stars FC . Since 2013 the club has been playing in the newly founded semi-professional Nigeria Women's Premier League .
Stadion
The club played its home games at the Asaba Township Stadium from its founding in 1990 until the summer of 2013 . With the start of the newly founded Nigeria Women's Premier League , they moved to the Stephen Keshi International Stadium in Isieke .
