Helez (Hebrew חֶלֶץ) is a moshav in southern Israel .

The place was founded in 1950 by Yemeni immigrants . He was named "after a ... fellow warrior of King David" (2 Samuel 23:26). Chelez also produces oil . In 2018, Chelez had 445 residents.
