Helga Anton

Helga Anton (* 1923 ; † September 24, 2007 in Itzehoe , Schleswig-Holstein ) was a full-time prayer and wrote books about prayer .

Helga Anton studied music and was a violinist . At the age of 54 she had a conversion experience . As a result, she set up a prayer service in her congregation in Itzehoe in which she prayed with people who came to her with problems and worries. When the pastor offered her to do the prayer service full-time, she gave up her job and became a full-time prayer. At the age of 66, she published her first book Praying Works Miracles , which was followed by nine more. Helga Anton gave lectures on prayer at congresses and conferences even when she was old and almost blind.
